Ingredients
2 to 4 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chicken base
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
Preparation
Cut the breasts into strips or cubes.
Combine all ingredients in a large resealable dish.
Stir chicken breasts into marinade and mix well.
Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
